These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of QCoder software (“Software”) provided by QCoder (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using QCoder, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase and activation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use QCoder on one (1) device for your personal or professional use.

  • The license is perpetual for the major version purchased (e.g., v1.x).
  • Minor updates within the same major version are included at no additional cost.
  • Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x to v2.x) require a separate one-time upgrade fee.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or trademarks on the Software.
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
  • Share, publish, or transfer your license key to another person or organization.

3. Payment Terms

  • QCoder is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT) will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with QCoder for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software.
  • Refund requests after the 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

QCoder and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of QCoder. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Code you write using QCoder is entirely yours. We make no claim to any intellectual property rights over the content you create with the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

QCoder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QCoder, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

  • We may terminate your license if you breach any provision of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
  • You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies.
  • Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
